Payment Options We offer payment via Swish, Cards, invoice and bank transfer. To pay by invoice, you must be approved for credit by us. When paying by invoice, the payment term is 10 days from the invoice date. Please note that we reserve the right to decline payment by invoice if credit approval is not granted.

Delivery with our own vehicles within Malmö: Free shipping for all orders.

Delivery via freight carrier for other areas: Shipping costs apply depending on the destination.

Delivery times vary between 1-3 business days, depending on the chosen delivery method and destination. It might take extra days if a products is Out of stock or a waiting delivery. We deliver across Europe.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are based on the destination. Within Malmö, we offer free shipping for all orders. For other destinations, the shipping cost is calculated based on the delivery location.

Order Processing We strive to process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. To ensure next-day dispatch via freight carrier, the order must be placed before 14:00.

Right of Withdrawal To be eligible for a claim, a product defect must have been detected upon receipt of the item or must be of such nature that it could not reasonably have been discovered at the time of purchase or delivery. Claims must be made immediately when the defect is detected, but no later than 2 days after delivery and/or purchase. Claims are never accepted after the product’s expiration/best-before date. For claims made after receipt of goods, the customer must provide proof that the defect was not caused by their handling of the product.

Returns, the item must be in its original packaging. We do not accept returns of items where product safety and legal handling cannot be guaranteed, including refrigerated goods, frozen goods, or opened packages, except in the case of an approved claim. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Claims Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be made as soon as the defect is detected, but no later than 2 days after delivery. To file a claim, please contact our customer service via email or phone. Claims after the expiration/best-before date will not be accepted.

General Terms These general terms constitute the agreement between us and the customer, along with any specific agreements. We reserve the right to unilaterally change the terms, and new terms will apply to all customers after being published at least two weeks before they take effect. In the event of major changes, we will also send updates to the email address provided by the customer. By continuing to shop after the updated terms take effect, the customer is deemed to have accepted the changes.
